LEADERSHIP

Regula Aurea was founded by Aaron Pelczar. In the past he has worked with some of the largest nonprofits and endowments in the world. These organizations oversee into the billions of dollars. Regula Aurea was created to offer the same level of sophistication and access to investment opportunities to our clients as many larger organizations have. We work with smaller organizations because we believe that an increase in investment cashflow and the right strategy could make a large impact in their mission and the communities they support.

Mr. Pelczar has experience in capital markets, banking, and in capital raising for a wide range of clients and investment strategies. Prior to forming Regula Aurea, Mr. Pelczar was employed by Mellon Investments Corporation, a global investment management firm with $673 billion in assets under management. He served as a Relationship Manager working with endowments and nonprofits representing approximately $10 billion in assets to the firm. Prior to this, Mr. Pelczar was a Registered Representative in Private Banking at BNY Mellon helping to grow the investment lending program from $500 million to $2 billion.

Past board positions include the board of The Arc of Centre County that is focused on improving the lives of persons with developmental disabilities.
